HOW DO I RETURN?
- Please contact us according to these two contact methods and indicate your order number.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- We will handle it for you as soon as possible, please be patient once the return request is approved.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
You can return your items within 30 calendar days of receipt of your shipment.

Your items are not eligible for a refund if it is marked as shipped or delivered. Also, we don’t accept refunds on sale items!

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
- If returns are not caused by the merchant itself, for example customer is not happy with the product. Customers need to undertake shipping fees and any other costs during the return process.
- If returns are caused by the merchant itself, for example, shipping problems; missing or damaged products etc. We will handle the shipping fees and any other costs during the return process.
- Outbound shipping fees and tax fees from the original order are not refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping and any reverse duties.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Normally it will take 7 calendar days to receive your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
