HOW DO I RETURN?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- We will handle it for you as soon as possible. Please be patient once the return request is approved.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
You can return your items within 30 calendar days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition.
- The goods do not match the description.
- In the original packaging.
- With the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your items are not eligible for a refund if marked as shipped or delivered. Also, we don’t accept refunds on sale items.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
- For returns not caused by merchant issues (e.g., customer not satisfied), customers undertake shipping fees and any other related costs.
- For merchant-caused returns (shipping issues, missing or damaged products), we cover all shipping fees and related costs.
- Outbound shipping fees and tax fees from the original order are not refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping and any reverse duties.
PROCESS TIME OF REFUNDS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval or rejection of your refund. It typically takes 3–14 business days after approval.
- Your bank may require additional time to process the refund. For questions, please contact your bank for details.
CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER
- Please note: Orders that have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.
- If you want to modify or cancel your order, please contact us. We will handle it once we receive your message.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Normally it takes 7 days, but processing times vary by bank.
