How can I contact customer service?

We provide global shipping services.
Orders over USD $79 qualify for free worldwide shipping.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We work with all major logistics companies and local delivery partners.Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can enter this tracking number on the 4PX Tracking page to view the assigned carrier and the latest shipping status.
How long will it take to get my order?
International shipping usually takes 7 to 15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
When can I receive my order(s)?
Order processing time is 1 to 2 business days after your order is received.
Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
How to track my order or shipping information?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We’ll process and ship it within 48 hours (two business days), followed by an email with tracking details.

What should I do if there are missing or damaged parts?
Noticed a missing part or a damaged piece? Don’t worry—before you stress, please take a moment to check the packaging and the area around you. Sometimes a tiny piece may slip into a corner or hide inside the box.
If the part is truly missing or damaged, we’ll be happy to take a look and arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible. Just follow the instructions on the page to submit a request through the Missing Part Service. To help us process your case faster, we might need to confirm your proof of purchase or ask for a little more information. Once your replacement is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

When will I receive the replacement parts?
All of our replacement parts are carefully selected and well-packaged, so it may take some time for them to reach you.
