One of the Best Set ! I love it
Very nice design, enjoyed a lot while building.
I recently purchased and assembled this kit. The instructions are very good and easy to understand. Numbering of the parts bags could be a bit clearer such as the differences between 6 and 9. I also purchased the optional lighting kit and installed it during assembly which was much easier with the theatre portion. Believe me, the lighting kit makes all the difference in the world when displaying it and for the extra $10.00 it's a must have. The kit has numerous gold plated parts that really make things stand out and a host of operating features that really make the kit stand apart from others. Having pad printed parts instead of stick-on decals makes a world of difference. I would highly recommend this kit for anyone who loves theatres.

Adding the light kit to the Opera House was a little bit of a challenge but it turned out great. I look forward to future light kits for the Modular’s.

Hands down the best brick set I‘ve ever build. Over a 100 printed bricks, ZERO stickers. Bricks themselves are of great quality. Great price. Only negative is not everything that’s supposed to be gold ist metallic Gold. Soft bricks are not gold.

Best quality just a light kit would be even better. Just simpel but included. I used 2 lights and it is nice.
This was really fun to put together! The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. There are a lot of cool details, like the revolving door, and it feels like a lot of thought has gone into the design and construction. The people each have two sets of legs you can use for them, so they can either be sitting or standing. You can only really access the lobby by taking the second story off - both the second story and the roof have minimal connecting pieces, to make it easier to get inside. As an adult, I find having to do that to be annoying, and putting it back never goes perfectly, but it's not too bad, and if I'd had this as a kid, I don't think I would have thought twice about it.
This is a huge building set! The set includes two instruction manuals and a total of 52 bags of brick pieces! Infact many builders I know consider Pantasy to be the number two brick building company in the world. I have been working for several years on building a modular brick town. I have building sets from half a dozen companies, but Pantasy builds are among my favorite! The bricks go together smoothly, they separate fairly easily, and their buildings are so unique. I am only able to build for a couple hours each week during the weekends. I am guessing it will take me months to complete this building. It will be worth the wait!
No question this is an amazing set for block building! The detail, intricacy, and fun levels are unexcelled. It's gonna take a while to get it all put together, but out of the box we're really excited. Is it worth the price tag (which is rather hefty)? Totally depends on how into it you are--this is far less expensive than name-brand block building sets of similar size.

Unbelievably gorgeous!
This set is truly gorgeous! The Opera looks impressive and so rich of details. It reminds me of the Garnier opera in Paris. I highly recommend this unique set. It adds so much to your city/display.

Enjoyable build, only thing somewhat confusing is that number of bags listed in each section of the building manuals is sometimes more than the physical and correct number of bags provided and required. This has led me to search through the bags on more than one occasion only to discover that there is a misprint in the manual. Otherwise great build and will be ordering other products from pantsay. Particularly like that bases are firmer than those of other leading brands and bricks are compatible with Lego.

The set is really nice. I like the look and the building experience. The quality of the bricks is excellent and the many prints and flat gold parts. The only bad experience was the shipping process. It took two weeks until it was sent and altogether more than four weeks until it arrived. I have ordered sets from elsewhere in China which took less than a week and where sent on the day I ordered. You should improve that.
Fantastic and so colourful
What a wonderful set - maybe the set of 2025. With all the details and gold elements it brings a European opera to life. So many prints, no stickers. A easy step by step description printed in 2 small books guides you easily to the finish. A very worth addition to every city.
Looks better than expected Quite happy with how the build came out
This building set is really impressive and fun to put together. The design feels fancy and old-fashioned, like a real theater from a long time ago. The crystal chandelier and clear dome are cool touches that make it look special. There are lots of small details that make the whole thing come to life as you build it. Its a relaxing project that takes some time, but seeing it finished is totally worth it. The pieces fit nicely, and the whole thing looks great on a shelf or table. Its a fun way to spend an afternoon and feels like building a tiny part of a city.
I have purchased many building block brands. This brand has impressed in every way. The quality, clutch power, instructions, and value are all as good or better than the leading brand. Very impressive. This model includes very smooth play functions while also being an amazing display piece. This brand does not shy away from making generous use of shiny metallic pieces, which gives it a presence you would not get if it were designed by the leading brand. Amazing all around. If you like what you see, you should absolutely purchase.
This is not our first building set from Pantasy and yet again they have exceeded all of our expectations. They truly are a perfect of premium brick sets at a much lower price point. The attention to detail in the builds are incredible and this one proves that over and over again. Quality parts and thorough easy to understand instructions, I HIGHLY recommend this set and this brand.
