We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition, with no visible signs of wear or damage
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
3. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors not caused by us
4. Return Reasons
4.1 Merchant-related Issues
Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received
- Product is damaged or defective
- Missing items
In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.
4.2 Customer-related Reasons
Returns may also be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind
- Not satisfied with the product
In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return request
- Submit clear photos of the product and its original packaging for verification
- Wait for return approval and detailed return instructions
- Ship the item to the designated return address
Photo Requirements:
- The product must be clearly visible
- The original packaging, including the product box, should be included whenever possible
- Photos should accurately reflect the condition of the item

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Fees
- For returns due to merchant responsibility, all related shipping costs will be covered by us
- For returns due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any reverse duties
- Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable
7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time:
- Refund processing: 3–14 business days
- Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned in accordance with this policy.
