Pantasy Member Rewards Program FAQs

Below are some frequently asked questions about the Pantasy Member Rewards Program to help you quickly understand how to earn points, redeem points, and enjoy member tier benefits.

Membership & Account

1. How can I become a Pantasy member?

You can become a Pantasy member for free simply by registering a Pantasy account. No fees are required.

2. What are the benefits of becoming a member?

As a Pantasy member, you can earn points by purchasing products or participating in events. These points can be used for:
①Redeeming Rewards: Use points to redeem cash coupons, free-shipping coupons, free gifts, and more.
②Tier Benefits: Your membership tier is determined by your accumulated points. Different tiers offer different privileges, such as extra bonus points after upgrading.
③Birthday Perks: On your birthday, bonus points will be credited to your account and all orders placed that day earn 1.2× points. During your birthday month, if your spending meets your tier requirement, you will also receive a surprise birthday gift. Gift items are randomly selected and updated monthly.

3. How can I check my points?

Log in to your account and go to the Pantasy Member Rewards Program page to view your points balance and store credit balance.

4. Can I claim points for past orders?

Yes. After our Member Rewards Program goes live, if the email used to register your membership matches the email used for your previous orders, eligible past purchases will be automatically credited with points.

Please note that only orders placed on the Pantasy Official Website are eligible. Purchases made via Amazon or other third-party platforms do not qualify for points.

Redemption Rule: $1 = 1 Point

Reminder: Past orders that do not meet the above requirements cannot be credited with points. If you encounter any special issues, please contact us at: global@pantasy.com.

5. If I place orders using multiple email addresses, can I combine them to accumulate points?

Points will only be credited to the member account registered with the same email address, and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined across accounts. If you have any questions, please contact us at global@pantasy.com.

Earning Points

1. How can I earn points?

You can earn points by completing the various actions listed under “Ways to earn points” on the Member Rewards Program page.

(1) Welcome Rewards:
①Register as a member to receive 200 points.
②Subscribe to our newsletter to receive 50 points.
(2) Shopping Rewards:
Earn points by purchasing products on the Pantasy official website. You will receive 1 point for every $1 spent.
(3) Social Media Engagement:
①Follow us on Instagram / Facebook page / YouTube to earn 20 points each.
②Join our Facebook Group to earn 30 points.
(4) Birthday Rewards:
Fill in your birthday information to claim your 80 birthday bonus points on your birthday every year. On that day, you’ll also earn 1.2× points on all orders placed.
(5) Website Reviews:
Post a review on a product or store page to earn points once every 30 days (30 points for a text review or 40 points for a photo review).
(6) Membership Tier Upgrade Bonuses:
• LV1→LV2: +50 points
• LV2→LV3: +100 points
• LV3→LV4: +150 points
• LV4→LV5: +200 points

2. When will my points be credited?

Points earned from purchases on the Pantasy official website will be credited after the corresponding order is completed.

Points claimed through the Member Rewards Program page (e.g., following our social media accounts, subscribing to the newsletter, etc.) are credited instantly.

For other point-earning activities, we will manually add points as soon as possible.

Redeeming Points

1. How can I redeem my points?

Once you have accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for rewards. Simply go to the Member Rewards Program page, select the reward you want, and click “Redeem”. The corresponding reward code will be automatically added to your cart and can be applied directly at checkout.

Please note that all reward codes will expire 30 days after redemption, so please use them promptly.

2. What can I redeem my points for?

You can currently redeem points for cash coupons, free-shipping coupons, and free gifts.
Cash Coupons: Available to members of all tiers.
•200 Points = $6
•300 Points = $10
•500 Points = $20
•750 Points = $30
•1200 Points = $50
•2300 Points = $100

Note: If the cash coupon code cannot be applied directly in your cart, it may be because our system automatically applies the maximum discount available for the selected product(s). You can choose the option that best suits your needs.

Free Shipping: 300 points can be redeemed for one free-shipping coupon (can only be redeemed once).
Free Gifts: Redeem limited edition gifts, which are updated regularly.

3. Can coupons redeemed with points be combined with other discounts?

Cash coupons and free-shipping coupons redeemed with points cannot be used in conjunction with other site-wide discounts or promotional offers. Our shopping cart automatically applies the maximum eligible discount for your order, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

Points Rules & Validity

1. How long are my points valid? Can the validity be extended?

Points are valid for 365 days.
We will notify you 30 days and 7 days before your points expire.
If there is no qualifying activity on the Pantasy official website within 365 days, such as placing orders, reaching spending milestones, earning points, or completing referral actions, your points will expire automatically.
In addition, if no active engagement is recorded within the same 365-day period, your membership tier will be downgraded by one level at a time.

2. Will my points be deducted if I request a return or exchange?

Yes. If you request a return or exchange, the points originally earned from the order will be deducted.

3. Can I cancel a redemption and restore my points after redeeming a reward?

Once you have redeemed points for a reward, the redemption cannot be canceled or refunded. Please consider carefully before submitting a points redemption request.

4. What happens if there is a violation of the points rules?

If a user is found to have engaged in false transactions, malicious point accumulation, or malicious refunds, Pantasy reserves the right to freeze points, cancel membership, or clear points.

VIP Tiers

1. How can I check my membership tier?

After logging into your member account, you can view your current accumulated points at the top of our Member Rewards Program page.
By referring to the VIP Tiers chart, you can see all available tiers and how close you are to upgrading to the next tier.

2. In what cases will points not count toward membership tier upgrades?

Points will not count toward membership tier evaluation in the following cases:

①Points manually added by customer service (such as points credited for past orders) .

②Points earned from orders that are returned or exchanged will be deducted, and the corresponding membership tier will be adjusted according to the updated points balance.

3. How can I redeem my birthday gift?

During your birthday month, if you place an order that meets the spending requirement for your membership tier, you can contact us at global@pantasy.com to request your special birthday gift. We will arrange shipment as soon as possible.

Order requirements for each membership tier before applying for a birthday gift:

• Level 1: Minimum order of $200 in your birthday month
• Level 2: Minimum order of $200 in your birthday month
• Level 3: Minimum order of $150 in your birthday month
• Level 4: Minimum order of $100 in your birthday month
• Level 5: No purchase required (simply contact us at global@pantasy.com during your birthday month to claim your gift)

Note:
①The email used to request the gift must match the registered email of your member account.
②Each member can redeem only one birthday gift per year, and gifts cannot be redeemed outside the birthday month.

Birthday gifts will be randomly selected and updated monthly, so stay tuned for new surprises!

4. What rewards do different membership tiers offer?

After registering as a member, you can enjoy a range of general membership benefits. Higher tiers unlock additional exclusive perks:

Level 1: Fantasy Seeker (Upon Registration)
•Automatically unlocked upon registration.
•Eligibility to redeem free products.
•Birthday Month Benefit: Receive bonus points and earn 1.2× points on orders placed on your birthday. During your birthday month, spend $200 or more to receive an exclusive birthday gift.

Level 2: Art Crafter (450+ Points)
•All Level 1 benefits.
•Upgrade Bonus: 50 Points upon reaching Level 2.
•Eligibility to redeem free rewards.
•Birthday Month Benefit: Receive bonus points and earn 1.2× points on orders placed on your birthday. During your birthday month, spend $200 or more to receive an exclusive birthday gift.

Level 3: Master Builder (1,000+ Points)
•All Level 1–2 benefits.
•Upgrade Bonus: 100 Points upon reaching Level 3.
•Eligibility to redeem free rewards.
•Birthday Month Benefit: Receive bonus points and earn 1.2× points on orders placed on your birthday. During your birthday month, spend $150 or more to receive an exclusive birthday gift.

Level 4: Prime Collector (2,200+ Points)
•All Level 1–3 benefits.
•Upgrade Bonus: 150 Points upon reaching Level 4
•Eligibility to redeem free rewards.
•Birthday Month Benefit: Receive bonus points and earn 1.2× points on orders placed on your birthday. During your birthday month, spend $100 or more to receive an exclusive birthday gift.

Level 5: Pantasy Legend (4,000+ Points)
•All Level 1–4 benefits.
•Upgrade Bonus: 200 Points upon reaching Level 5.
•Eligibility to redeem free rewards.
•Birthday Month Benefit: Receive bonus points and earn 1.2× points on orders placed on your birthday. During your birthday month, receive a higher-value surprise birthday gift.

5. Will expired points affect my membership tier?

Yes.
If there is no qualifying activity within 365 days (such as placing orders or earning points), your points will expire automatically. Your membership tier will also be downgraded one level at a time during inactivity.
