Pantasy ships worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 9:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will enter processing on the next business day. Orders placed after 9:00 PM ET will enter processing on the following business day.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Transit Time (6–12 business days)

Customs Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
Special Country Requirements
- Mexico: Orders may require a valid RFC tax ID for customs clearance.
- Norway: Orders may be subject to VOEC (VAT on E-Commerce) regulations and additional import charges.
Shipping Carriers
Pantasy partners with international logistics providers and local delivery carriers.
Common carriers include USPS, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Evri, and local postal services.
